🌸 We will transcribe your message onto an old-fashioned telegram---the message part is up to you! You'll see a handy text box 👉 where you can leave it for us to find. Feel free to steal any of our examples---your secret is safe with us!
 
🌸 When checking out, be sure to verify recipient's address. We're happy to help navigate any address capture snafus. Simply email Hello@LadyDelaney.com with your order # and shipping corrections.
 
🌸 Please proofread your message. Messages will be printed exactly as submitted. When we see spelling errors, we assume that they are secret code and will not presume to correct them. Spot an error after submitting? No problem! Catch us at Hello@LadyDelaney.com and we will be happy to correct it.
 
🌸 Please do not ask us to swear at your recipient.
 
🌸 Emojis are beyond the capabilities of our humble printing presses and will not be included.
 
🌸 While we are not able to guarantee color requests, we are usually able to accommodate one or two. For larger or fully customized collaborations, Doris Ione  stands at the ready!
 
 🌸 As custom products, Flowergrams may not be cancelled and are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. But we want you (and your recipient!) to be 100% satisfied, so please do not hesitate to reach out.
 
🌸 Flowergrams ship USPS Priority 1-3 Day. Though we work hard to get them out the door in a timely fashion, we are not able to guarantee exact delivery day.
